Luis has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He began his journey in home building by working in his dad's construction company right after high school, where he learned the intricacies of building a house from the foundation up. Eighteen years ago, he established LTNS General Contracting, turning his passion for construction management into a thriving business focused on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.
Marcos, Business Manager
Marcos has 20 years of experience in construction management, specifically working with home building companies. He leads the team in administrative and marketing services at LTNS General Contracting. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is he able to discuss the bottom line, but he’s also happy to lend you his 'eye' for design!
Noah, Project Manager
Noah has worked with Luis for the last fifteen years in the field of construction management. His business degree, focused on Construction Science, equips him with the skills needed for effective home building. He has a knack for delivering projects on time and under budget and is all about the details. Noah loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together, making him a valuable asset at LTNS General Contracting.
